This rounder machine allows rounding portions of dough by gravity, without compromising, overheating or mistreating the dough. Depending on the model it is possible to introduce variable weight portions (from 50 to 1000 grams) without having to adjust or replace machine parts. Ideal tool for pizzerias, sandwich shops, bakeries etc. which facilitates and minimizes the normal working time of the dough. The cleaning of the machine is simplified by the extraction of the auger and the external cylinder through a simple joint. Available in different versions depending on where the exit of the ball is preferred, the rolling system always remains the same. Machines mounted on wheels available in 220 or 400 Volts, ideal to be combined with a portioning machine.
The rounder machine can be easily combined with a portioner divider. The union of these two machines through a support table allows to automate the entire work cycle. The dough will first be cut into the portioner and then the rounder will give it the shape of a well-rolled ball. Both machines can be used individually or combined with each other as needed. The two machines combined together have an hourly production of about 1200 pieces / hour.
