The portioning machine has been designed to reduce the normal processing time of the dough in pizzerias, piadinerias, sandwich bars, tigellerie etc. Extremely practical to use, the dough is inserted into the loading hopper up to 30/35 kg, then the desired weight is selected by a convenient knob (from 20 to 300gr in the P300 model, from 20 to 1000gr in the P1000 model) and the machine will start cutting portions of dough of equal weight and shape with a margin of error based on the mixture of about 5 grams. Structure completely in stainless steel with large transparent front door to control the processing, supplied with five different extruder cones. As an option, a stainless steel trolley with swivel wheels is provided to facilitate movement of the machine or to combine the portioning with a rounder machine. Supply voltage at choice, 220 or 400 Volt.
