The moulder machine is particularly suitable for the production of various shapes and sizes bread. The dough is conveyed to the ground rolling cylinders, whose particular polishing treatment favors the optimal separation from them. After the rolling, the dough is wrapped by two wool felt mats with opposing motion, they mold the dough in the various shapes required based on the setting set. The product obtained can be redirected towards the operator or remain on the opposite tray for the integration according to the needs. The transmission of the upper belt can be disconnected, leaving it stationary, while the rest of the machine works: this allows you to use it as a small cylinder. The moulder is equipped with 2 fixed wheels and 2 swivel wheels which facilitate movement and with a brake for locking the machine during processing.
