Bakery Spiral Mixer
Solid and reliable fixed spiral mixer with thick steel structure painted with non-toxic epoxy powders. Double-speed spiral motor (110 / 220rpm) and single speed bowl motor at (14rpm) with reversal direction. Particular precautions like the twist of the spiral, the calibrated column breaks dough and the rounded shape of the tub, allow these mixers to mix even very small quantities of flour and hydration up to 100%. The transmission, completely with belts, make this mixer very silent during the whole processing cycle. Machine mounted on swivel weels with parking feet, easily accessible for inspection or maintenance, thanks to the large steel cover on the back.
In the video below made directly by one of our customers, an IS120 mixer was used. We kneaded 60 kilograms of flour and 40 liters of water plus yeast, oil etc. for a 100 kilograms dough total. Dough made in about 12 minutes at about 20 degrees.
